This spreadsheet contains the Collaborative Ides groups and voting mechanism for the Software
Sustainability Institute’s Collaborations Workshop 2020 (https://www.software.ac.uk/cw20). Event-specific links
and participants’ information have been removed in order to comply with
GDPR.
The sheet named "Idea Groups" contained the
links to the Collaborative Ideas templates, and each randomly assigned group then
discussed what problem they wanted to solve and wrote a proposal on how to solve it in the linked
document.
The sheet named "Voting" contains the mechanism for voting for the best Collaborative Ideas.
Participants could add their names to the columns associated with the idea(s) that they want to vote for, and then the ideas with the most votes won prizes.
More information on the Collaborative Ideas session can be found here: https://software.ac.uk/cw20/collaborative-ideas-and-hackday-ideas
